    I am so frustrated with your website. I absolutely love the site for so many reasons, but I now have FOUR loyalty reward cards, and you have made it incredibly difficult to redeem them. There is absolutely no navigation tool that I can see for this to happen. I noticed the asterix on the loyalty reward card comment also. “*All promotions subject to Delivery.com’s Terms of Use.” It is not only becoming frustrating, but it is now becoming a non-negotiable and I will most likely start using another service altogether. I have written you before and I still haven’t gotten a response. If you care to keep me as a delivery.com user, then please respond to my inquery.

  • I echo the frustrations of Benjamin Mitchell’s post…I have spent nearly 30 minutes trying to find information on how to redeem the loyalty cards of which I’ve earned several. I can find no information, links, etc. on how to redeem and what they are good for. Even on the blog promoting the new loyalty card, there is no specific information. Can you please contact me directly as well as post information on the site for others who might be having issues redeeming these earned cards. Thanks.

  • I am on the same page with this. I have TWO rewards and it is the END of FEB. and still no resolve? There is still no information, no navigation and no help to trying to redeem these “Loyalty” rewards… How can you guys put something like this on your site and not have it worked out??

  • Hi Jacqueline – When you earn a reward through the Loyalty Card, a $5 gift card is automatically added to your account. To use the reward, just select Gift Card as a payment method at checkout. We apologize if this wasn’t clear, and we’re working on making the loyalty card rewards easier to use.
