Restaurant of the Week: JoeDough in NYC

You may have just ordered lunch, but that doesn’t mean it’s too early to start thinking about dinner. If you’re already browsing the pages of, thinking about what you’re going to order later today (don’t be embarrassed – we do it too), we have a suggestion for you:  JoeDough, a restaurant in NYC!

The menu at this sandwich shop is very specialized, offering around 10 total items, but every item is unique and delicious! This East Village eatery is definitely a must-try delivery option.

With their unique sandwich names, we find it hard to pick just one sandwich. We love the “Conflicted Jew” sandwich, which combines chicken liver, bacon, and onions on Challah bread, and the “Almighty Brisket” topped with cheddar cheese, peppercorn and mayo o a brioche bun, also sounds delicious. Complement your sandwich with their homemade celery soda and a portion of bread pudding for dessert. Here’s a look at some other items on JoeDough’s  as well:

  • Chicken Avocado Club: Tomatillo chicken, avocado, and bacon on Challah bread.
