Restaurants with delivery are so beneficial. It is nice being able to have my dinner delivered to my door.
We wound up here after walking east on queens blvd, on a strip where the Dunkin Donuts was closed (NO!) and there’s only a mcdonald’s and white castle in between. We figured a diner would be a healthier option. Ignoring all the pastries on the counter, we ordered brunch time omelettes which arrived with the usual toast and potatoes. The sides were fine. Unfortunately the eggs were overcooked which is a pet peeve of mine. Overcooked omelettes, yuck. Service was fine, they’re attentive enough and will refill your water glass with other water glasses. I almost thought they took those glasses from a departing table. I liked the character and old school blue collar crowd. I imagine if one sat there one whole day, you’d walk away with some interesting stories.
