INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. Don Julio Blanco
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
0.5 oz. agave syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Glassware: Rocks Glass
Prepare a rocks glass with a salt rim
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake passionately
Strain into glass over ice.Garnish the glass with lime zest and sea salt rim.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. Don Julio Reposado
0.75 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
0.5 oz. agave nectar
3 oz. club soda
Handful of cilantro leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
Glassware: Collins Glass
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
Fill completely with ice and shake
Strain into glass and top with soda
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and cilantro.
