Baileys Espresso Martini
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
0.25 oz. vodka
0.25 oz. espresso
3 coffee beans for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all ingredients over ice
Strain into martini glass
Garnish with coffee beans

Don Julio Blanco Paloma
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. Don Julio Blanco
1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
0.5 oz. agave nectar
1 splash soda water
1 grapefruit or lime wheel
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine Don Julio Blanco, lime juice and agave nectar into cocktail shaker with ice, shake well
Pour mixture from shaker into a glass over ice
Add a splash of soda water
Garnish with a grapefruit or lime wheel.

Ketel One Bloody Mary
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. Ketel One Vodka
0.25 oz. fresh lime juice
3 oz. tomato juice
1 pinch of salt
5 dashes of hot sauce
1 celery stick for garnish
1 cherry tomato for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients in a glass and fill with cubed ice
Stir gently to mix all ingredients
Garnish with a celery stick and cherry
Pairs with an order of: Eggs, Sandwiches, Burgers
Bulleit Bourbon Mint Julep
INGREDIENTS
1.3 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
1.5 tsp sugar
Fresh mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle mint leaves and sugar in a julep cup or rocks glass
Add Bulleit Bourbon
Fill glass with crushed ice and stir well
Garnish with mint leaves and serve with a straw
